Can a bracelet or necklace be customized into a different size?
Yes, we are able to accommodate some customizations. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office (213-817-5510) with your request and we will try our best to fulfill your modifications. You may also make a request in the "Customer Notes" section of your order. Additional charges may apply and not all items are customizable. Custom orders are not valid for return or exchange.

Ettika Jewelry is sold to many retailers across the world. How long until I receive my order?
As all of our merchandise is hand made and made to order, please allow 3-7 business days prior to shipment. If you need an expedited order select a delivery method that will allow your item to be delivered in a fast and timely manner.
What are my shipping options and charges?
We offer shipments through UPS or United States Postal Service(USPS). You may select your shipping method at time of check out. We ship Worldwide. Please use our shipping calculator at checkout to see your shipping rate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Ettika ships worldwide.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. All items are shipped from our Los Angeles, California Studio.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Ettika Jewelry is based in Los Angeles, California. All shipments with a California address will be charged a sales tax onto your total order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Will you ship to a different address than the one that appears on my credit card?
Yes, you have the option to select "Ship to a Different Address." This will allow you to ship to friends and family. Please remember if you are shipping to another address to update your information for your next purchase as the system will remember your last shipping destination.
Do all ordered items online come with a Mr. Ettika Pouch?
All Mr. Ettika items come delivered in our personal Mr. Ettika pouch, we do not personally gift wrap any items that are purchased online.
If I haven't received my shipment, who do I contact?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number or can not find your tracking number please contact us by filling out the "Contact Us" form and we will assist you in a timely manner. Or please call 213-817-5510 and we will be able to provide you with the information regarding your order.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICIES
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely in love with your new jewelry, you can return the unworn piece back to us in it's original packaging for a full refund within 14 days. Please contact email@example.com before mailing back your return. Once we receive the piece back at our studio, we will issue your refund in the original amount paid (excluding any shipping charges) back to your original method of payment.
All customized orders are final sale.
